We are pleased to announce that we will be having Metta Meditation practice on every Tuesday of the month starting 4th February, 2020. The sessions will be guided by Sis. Julie Tan.
All are most welcome to join us especially for those who are constantly stressed and anxious, have insomnia, monkey mind and negative thoughts!
